Had some slightly damaged parts and one of the main bolts had no thread to lock the pool table together. Sent an email and got a reply to send photos which I did and never heard back. Have sent multiple emails since to resolve the issue but almost a year later nothing

Horrible customer service. NEVER BUYFROM THEM, they won’t ever bring the table inside they will leave it out the front of your house even if it’s to heave to lift inside by yourself. The table itself is like chipboard (I think) with fake wood contact sticker covering it. It came with small chips and scratch’s on it as well. Even tho they say they offer a service for someone to put the table tougher for you they WILL NOT DO THIS.... IT IS FAULCE ADVERTISING. Now I’m stuck with a pile of wood on the floor and I’m unable to assemble it because it is to hard and heavy for me to do by myself. Extremely disappointed costumer!

Although I did have a couple of issues with the product, I could not fault the company for trying to fix the issue.. 5 star communication, even got back to me on a Sunday, Will use again.

I brought a pool table through this company website it has now been almost 5 weeks now and we haven't received the rest of the items yet, they never updated me with any details until I written a message to them and they told me our pool table was sent to Brisbane and it would take 1 more weeks or if we would except the other one in stock. Im very disappointed how bad was the customer service and the lag on communication I'm still waiting for the rest of the items and I hope to receive all of them soon.

Absolute dodgey company paid 1300 for 2 pool tables 1 delivery driveR shows up to unload by himself in process damages the MDF top board and felt on 1 table...then later on when putting them together both the pool tables are missing 3 accessories each NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALLDO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

K-Sports customer service is ok. But product is good.

Never ever buy from this company.The pool table is literally made of cardboard, I have lost over $600 and junk is sitting in my garage.Asked Lucy the lady who answers the phone for help she refused and if anyone want to see photos I have it which clearly the cardboard snapping as soon as you try to put screw in it.Overall the most hidious product I have ever seen.Please don't buy from these people.

Purchased a pool table today for pick up was quick and easy to collect. If you have half a brain it's easy to put together just takes time good quality aswell

The new table tennis table is awesome. The whole family are having a great time challenging each other to a game. they delivered the table on time. Thank you K-Sports for your service and quality. Highly recommend.

I strongly advise against anyone purchasing product from this company. I unfortunately recently purchased a table tennis table, not cheap at $800, and was certainly disappointed at the quality stated as opposed to what I received.Upon opening the box and checking the table top I found that it was damaged with many little marks and dents, some with blue paint touch up to try and hide. I emailed and provided photos as requested and instead of being a reputable company and helping me with the issue, K-Sports accused me of damaging the product when I opened it. They stated that there is no way that the product could have been damaged in transit from their Chinese factory, going further to advise me that their manufacturing standards are extremely high and it could not leave the factory like this. (even with the blue paint touch ups on some areas that they chose to ignore). As I was also putting it together a few bolt holes didn’t line up, some of the metal welds looked dodgy and there were some screws missing (found them loose in the box) to hold the top on. This was an ITTF approved table, which have very very low standards if they sign off on this type of quality. Lucky I’m pretty handy and could fix it all well enoughAs I asked for a replacement product they refused but they were happy to offer me a small credit for the damage, also stating there were no more of these tables left in the warehouse (interesting they are still in stock for online purchase). With this I find K-Sports accepting liability but trying to get out of it cheaply promoting a very dishonest business practiceIf you are looking for a quality, or even sub-standard quality product, find another company to deal with. K-Sports – VERY DODGY!
