I have been seeing Emily for a few years now. Her massages are so relaxing and amazing for releasing pain and tension. She has taught me to be more regular with my massages rather than waiting till I am desperate. She has a very holistic approach to health and is a very knowledgeable and skilled practitioner educating on how to maintain my health between appointments. With a focus on being more eco conscious in everything she uses and brings into the studio it is amazing to know that by supporting Kilter I am making a better choice for people and planet. I started seeing Emily during pregnancy to ease the aches and pains my body was going through and it made a world of difference. I also saw her during post partum as my body was healing and Emily is fantastic at her craft. She is very attentive and targets exactly where you need it. I experienced my tension being released and also felt a lot calmer in my mind after each appointment.
