Today I went to have pizza with my friends, I order a vegan & gluten free pizza, they put salami & ham on it and when I saw it I told the staff that there is meat on my vegan pizza, this guy treated me very badly and refuses to make my pizza again. He said he can give me my money back but he is not going to make my pizza again. All my friends got their pizza and I couldn't eat with them cuz this guy. Horrible service, I really hope they fire him as he doesn’t know how to treat customers. Vegan public, don't go to this place.

Last 4 deliverys have been a hassel, always late poor service, but this last one was the best. Was missing a pizza delivery driver was rude, pizza is Luke warm at best, Called the store and spoke to the manager who was no help, I got no sorry for the inconvenience"

I can't believe that you only have one staff to do everything men. What if she has to go to the toilet? She has to take orders (online, people coming in and on the telephone) and also make the pizzas. Nah, the owner of this Domino's is a 21 century slaver. However she rocks and her costumer service is amazing.

We ordered our dinner at 10 past 7 PM and got an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes later.After a network connection issue with the app all of a sudden the estimated delivery time was now 30 minutes later than to begin with.We called up and was told that our food is on its way and will be there within 10-15 minutes.20 minutes later still no food and we call them up again.We're being told that the delivery driver was at our address and tried calling, but we never received a phone call or a message (and i checked if the number was correct and it is)But to apologize for the inconvenience they would give us a free garlic bread and a drink (didn't even ask which drink we wanted)And got told that our food is on its way and it would be another 10-15 minutes.15 minutes later we still have no food or sign of it, so we call them again and is told that a new delivery driver is on its way.We decided to wait in the lobby and saw the delivery driver arriving and leaving within seconds without even trying to call.We hurried outside to call him out.We finally get our food, an hour and 15 minutes after ordering.Our food is cold and yuck. (They didn't even bother to replace the existing order, hence our food was cold)So we call them up one last time and got told sorry for the inconvenience and was offered a refund, which will be refunded within 3-4 work days according to the manager.Still, this is just unacceptable and the worst delivery experience we've had as well as costumer service.

A quick and easy meal when out on the gold coast for the family. Make sure you search up the vouchers to apply to get value for money.It was really quick service and there is a large waiting area to sit back whilst they prepare the pizzas.It isn't the best pizza, but for a family and a budget friendly meal, you can't go past it.

Just visited the Cavill domino’s, the shift runner Aarif was just showing straight up attitude towards the costumers as well as the staff. Me and my friends could clearly see the ingorance and arrogance of the employee.Manager Please look into this.Just saying I love domino’s and the whole Cavill store vibe

My wife and I decided to have brunch here on September 23, 2018. I found the reasonably priced pizza here very delicious. I believe my very good impression of the chain had nothing to do with my rather empty stomach!

Ordered a pick up of 2 pizzas for 8:45pm.Arrived at 8:45 with only one order ahead of mine to be told it will be ready in 5 minutes.20 minutes later still no pizza, girl behind the counter was very rude when asked if the two pizzas that had been sitting on their cutting station for 5 minutes were mine.Not sure what the point of ordering ahead of time is?

Worst Customer Service ever ,At 10:30pmI Asked if i could have a small piece of Aliminum Foil ,First the casher guy didn't know what I'm asking for , then the girl just asked me why do you need itand what you ganna used for ,I told her i need to bake corn , anwß ßd Woolworths store is closed she just turn her backAnd said nah can't give you any ,So stupid why would you ask me what is for if you already can't.

Domino's Pizza Surfers Paradise
There were 3 people working and pretty much no one in store, it took about half an hour for them to START making garlic scrolls and it was only AFTER I asked them to. Another experience came later in the week when we went to order in store. No one was at the register or taking my friends order until we had to yell for service. I’m honestly just confused and disappointed.
