Ultra Broadbeach

Loved it! Has great amenities, lots of space, and welcoming staff. I loved using the gym there. It’s also perfect walking distance between the beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre, so it’s easy to get around! Perfect place to stay in Broadbeach. I’ll miss it.

Great place to stay! The location is amazing, short walk to beach, Pacific Fair and Broadbeach restaurants. Best of all they’re family orientated and keep clear of the “party” people that you can hear hanging off balconies as you walk through Broadbeach. We had an amazing week and will be back next year!!

Dated and inconsistent quality. I would avoid booking here. Upon entry the apartment smells damp and mouldy. The dishwasher was leaking and water was pooled around the tiles. No toilet paper and despite booking for 2 adults and a child only 2 sets of towels provided. Whilst given when asked for surely the apartments need to be checked before check in. The carpets are in dire need of being pulled out and the entire kitchen be re stocked - mismatched cutlery and dining sets, bent forks. The knives are so blunt that they can’t even cut through a piece of bread. No oven mitt to take hot items out of the oven. The lady on reception on a Sunday incredibly rude in the two interactions we had with her. We advised of glass being broken at the lifts which is a massive hazard for children. Her response was poor and the glass was left there all day. When enquiring about the theatre area which our welcomeLetter mentioned she told us we aren’t residents and it’s not for us in a very stern scolding manner. The only positive was the size of the bath, the bed is comfortable and the pool area is tidy. For what you pay you could find better in the area.

Excellent location and views ! Rooms so spacious for a family of 6 ! We had an amazing break didn’t want to go home !

Great place to stay. Room, facilities and location were perfect. We received a bottle of champagne and some goodies on arrival as celebrating our 40th anniversary. Such a nice gesture, staff were lovely and very helpful. We would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful clean room, amazing view, clean facilities the pools are great for every age. We felt safe comfortable and had everything we needed in our apartment. My only complaint would be my sore back from the hard couch and bed.

Great place to stay. Ultra has a sauna, steam room, and basic gym with no free weights, but old people exercise machines and an ergo. Excellent views from level 12. We were on level 12, room 1204 with the 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Washing machine dryer and we’ll kitted out kitchen. Plenty of basement parking and easy to access lifts to rooms from the basement. Netflix capable TVs in the main bedroom and living room.

Great unit,lovely views,so close to the beach,shops, tram.The unit was fully stock, in the kitchen,bathrooms,laundry.CarparkingWe stay for 3 nights.Security lock door carpark.Very safe.Has a pool .Has a bath,shower and next bathroom.Fully stock pillows,blankets ,quilt.Has a washing machine and dryer.Loads of draws,cupboards.2 keys for the unit.Carpet need a good clean or replace.Lounge need replace.Yellow stain on it.Unit need a wipe over.Dust and mark in the lounge,kitchen, bathroom.

My partner and I stayed with Ultra Broadbeach for a week from the 27th March. The room was magnificent and the views were amazing. It’s situated perfectly, 300m to the beach and 5 min walk to Woolworths, pacific fair and South Broadbeach Tram and Bus Station. We were well looked after by the ladies in the lobby. Highly recommend this place and they will always do their best to attend to your needs and provide help.If we come back to Gold Coast we will be staying here again.
