Amazing people and amazing haircuts. Got my hair cut here a few times and usually by a guy named Tenzin. Really an amazing guy to talk to and before you know it your hair is cut and you've had a nice conversation. Would Recommend!

I was able to get a haircut just before they closed..worst decision.The man who cut my car rushed it so fast that he didn't even understand or care how I wanted my hair done.My fringe is all uneven, he didn't even blend the sides in.Not even showing the job he down around the back with a mirror I was rushed out as quick I was rushed in.Can find a better place where staff take a bit more pride in cutting clients hair.

I am a very happy customerI had my 2.5 year old son get a hair cut today at the western big barbar.Our hairdresser ( female) was very patient with our little boy. And met all my expectations and what I wanted on my sons hair cut and style. She was very babbly and gave my little guy lollipops and complimented him how good he behaved:)I recommend this place as I have had good experience and also my partners number one place to go.

Took my 3 year little boy for a well needed haircut. For what is usually a tantrum filled unpleasant experience, Steven managed to keep him at ease the entire time. Not to mention a smart finished cut leaving us with a happy & handsome little boy. Thanks Stephen, we will be back.

So upset, kids went for cuts and came with nothing as asked. Asked to keep length on top and trim sides... equals 5 all over. If that is what I wanted I can do that at home myself. Then 4cm off equals 10cm. Never coming back.

In the past, I have taken both my 3 and 4 yr old here to get the hair cuts at the same time. We've been coming here for a couple years and Every other time I've been here, the guys have been great with my kids. However my experience today will see me never set foot inside again. When we arrived and took a seat to wait, the barber whom I must admit I've never seen before with blonde hair came up to me and rudely tells me he can't cut my kids hair coz my son had coughed. Being a mum, I must've tuned this out or didn't make note of it. Anyway I tried to tell him it was just 1 cough and that he wasn't sick, he may have been clearing our his throat but the barber didn't care. Told us to leave but while he said this he also coughed which I questioned him about however it didn't matter. My kids were upset and scared. They looked at me with their disappointed sad eyes. I felt like the worst mumAnyway we are never going there again. Just coz you cough once, doesn't mean u have covid for goodness sakes. Coughs werent invented by covid. I hope you're proud of ruining borh my son's day

Extremely poor service. I was attending by a rude incompetent female staff who had a trainee join in, in the middle of the hair cut. They were practicing a hair cut on me and the student didn’t have a clue what he was doing. They did a horrible job and messed it up. I had to go elsewhere & redo it. If you want to be a mannequin for training students you can try this place. I will never ever go there.
