Ordered one type of decking timber, they cut another. $100 difference in price and claimed not to have stock of what was ordered. Offered a discount on decking screws but had to buy 5x more than we needed. Softwoods were able to supply correct order same day for less. We don't usually mind paying a bit more to support a local business, but we won't be spending it here again

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. All timber needs from fascia, scotia, columns, quad, everything in one spot so no need for a large retail conglomerate... they even deliver! :-)
