Went in to get a quote to repair a ripped rear mudflap on a ford ranger, service was great and got the repair done within a few days. The team even managed to put on some roof racks while they had it at very short notice, appreciate the effort!

WHAT A DISCRACE , I had to take my 4x4 back 6 TIMES and they still didn't fix it. I spent nearly $9000 with them and then I had to get it fixed properly elsewhere ( at my expense ). I wouldn't take my pushbike to those clowns and I doubt very much if ANY of there workers are certified. ....Do yourself a favor and Save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration....DO NOT let them work on your vehicle..... go somewhere reliable....

Very happy with the service we have recieved each time we have visited the store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive, and not as expensive as you would think buying from a branded store.

Ordered wrong roof racks for my car, took 4 weeks to arrive. All the staff had absolutely no idea how to actually fit roof racks. After 3 of them attempted to attach clearly the wrong bracket blamed rhino rack for sending wrong parts! . Go elsewhere

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered a canopy with ladder racks etc. They said it will be there in 2 weeks. Paid them a deposit, 2 weeks later I called to see how it was going and they told me the canopy is now on back order and will take 2 months. I ended up ordering a different canopy. Which took another 2 weeks. I was then told on a Monday that it will be fitted and ready by the end of the week on a Friday. After multiple calls through the week to see how it was going and being told they will call me back, I ended up calling them on the Friday and they said most of it is ready but we havn't mounted your flashing light and your remote locking in the canopy does not work. I told them I am taking the car anyway as they are useless and have no idea if or when it will be ready. I don't think I have ever dealt with such useless Clods in my whole life. I highly recommend using someone else if you want things done on your car.

Charging well over the normal price for a replacement roof rack key and charging freight of either $11 or $20 dollars (to send a KEY!) - so I took my business to Auto One who gave me a much cheaper price for the key (30% less) and no charge for freight.
