They just tried to charge me $10 extra than what it stated on their pricing board because they said my car needed more vaccuming: Vaccuming is listed as included for the clean which was already expensive at $70? Im pragmatic and my car definitely did not need more vaccuming than other cars and I thought it was especially discriminatory and unfair to say to a 9 months pregnant person. Don’t go here…

Phoned to find best time for a clean and vacuum. Was told busy til ~ 3:30 but if we came after 3 it would be done by 5.My wife took the car at 3:10 and they said that the boss had just decided to close for the day!!What a bunch of disorganised, annoying jerks!!

Paid for a platinum wash which was $69. Outside looked nice but the inside was far from what I expected.Carpets still had sand on them, the dust wasn't cleaned on the drivers instrument cluster and overall just looked like a half job.Not worth the money and won't be using them again.

Star Car Wash - Pittwater Place
Had to take the car back as the inside still had sand visible in places. I was disappointed as for the price paid I was expecting to be really impressed and the car would be spotless. I did take it back and the lovely guy fixed it up for me. The problem is the light is so bad they can’t see and so dirt get missed so not the workers fault. The owner needs to provide them with decent headlamps so they can see what they’re doing. Staff were friendly and very professional.

I like my cars washed by hand, not the machines ones that seem to be taking over - they miss lots of spots. Star Car wash at Mona Vale is a full hand wash and very good. Just co-ordinate it around some shopping as it can take up to 1.5 hours.

When they finished the job, we asked why there were so many marks and sticky spots.We were surprised to hearthat this is our washing standard""You can upgrade to polishing and waxed you pay double the amount."Waste of time at this business.Don't even dare to get there!!"

Very good wash and vacuum. My 16 year old car looks good. Just a bit expensive for pensioners. Seems to have increased in price since last time.
