National Pharmacies Kensington Park

I have tried this specific National Pharmacy store several times over the years. The majority of times, staff have been rude or there is a general feeling of unwelcomeness and of being cramped, as it is a smaller store than some others and access from the back is not always easy with parking. Very different to the other National Pharmacy stores with what feels like less product choice.

This is my pharmacy! I’m here every week or so & they always look after me. I thoroughly recommend Kensington Park. The staff get to know their clients and go out of the way to help. It may not be the biggest National Pharmacy but it’s definitely the best! Dianne

Very bad and rude customer service. I won't go back again to this branch. On the other side Norwood branch had a wonderful customer service.

I have been member of National Pharmacies for 1 and a half year and I have been customer of this venue for 2 and a half, lately the customer service was already worse (no smiles, no greetings), but today has been the final straw. My husband parked in their car park to pick me up from Aldi before going to do some shopping at the pharmacy in anticipation of our next week flight to Europe (body creams,make-up, seasickness pills, sunscreen etc), but as soon as he got off the car, someone from the pharmacy started to yell at him that he had to leave because that parking was for customers only... well, good job!! He put the car somewhere else, I paid my bill in Aldi and we went to Priceline.

I recently moved into the area and started frequenting this store for my regular medication. The staff are knowledgeable, always welcoming and take the time to help me search for items. Thank you for easing my chronic pain!

I have had the pleasure of being a customer for some 20 years now with assistance for prescriptions, health advice , skin disorders, and a general barrage of enquires . Not only are they friendly and professional the staff care about you the customer. Keep up the great workIts a credit to all of you.

Dropped in here as it was on my way home The women who work here are extremely rude unfriendly and need to do a course in customer service .If you don't like serving people quit your job .

all staff are so ridiculously rude and have no empathy for customers.
