Ordered a burger with the lot, Kitchener bun, and an iced coffee through Menulog. Delivery was as expected, the bun and the drink were fine, however the burger with the lot listed egg

Needed somewhere to sit and smash out an urgent email.Super happy with service, selection of freshly made pies, pasties and snag rolls.This place is open 24/7. Well worth the stop.

Good value food. I have an aversion to dairy and this is one of the few places with a selection of food that I'll be comfortable with. That includes their donuts, although just recently they look slightly different so they may have changed the recipe a bit. Seating area is comfortable and it's always relatively clean. I've sometimes seen the outside area in need of a wipe down but considering its very often clean too it probably means I was just a bit unlucky on those days and they were getting around to it fairly soon. A friend of mine tells me the cutlery can sometimes be a bit dirty, and after visiting many times I've not yet had that problem, maybe he got them at a bad time, or maybe some staff didn't perform up to scratch on that day, individuals who have since gone.

Pies were cold. When I told them the food was cold they already knew and in a fairly dismissive manner offered to microwave them. They had already knows about the cold pies, nothing was mentioned at all.Disappointing that they were happy to take my money up front.

Ordered from Ubereats. Ask for a steak cheese and bacon pie, got a sausage roll. Ask ubereats for a refund, get 0.40c because of the way the system is setup and now i have to fight for my money back.Oh well i have a crumble pie to eat at least! It was so crumbly and soft that i am actually hesitant to eat it because it seems like it hasn't even been cooked properly... the whole thing broke apart, including the base of the pie.. I understand the irony in the name but the ones i have had before have been golden brown and actually firm enough to eat. I understand this part might just be my own bias enhanced after an already wrong order as i hate sausage rolls.Just so bloody disappointing because i actually think the pies are better than most here but this will be my last order.
