I am a landlord and Devine is the managing agent. Would not accept a termination of lease without paying out the entire term of the lease when it should only be 30 day notice .If you own property DO NOT get Devine to manage.

Craig helped me through the process of buying my first home. This could have been very stressful as it was my first purchase and doing it alone, Craig was amazing. He was great at allowing all my questions and frequent emails as well as lots of visits before I committed. Then through the contract etc and liaising with my lawyer it was seamless. I really appreciate this and Craig.
