Very rude staff (owner) ….. very high prices ……. Worst Fish & Chips we have ever had. Dry tasteless and horrible taste. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely appalled about the prices. I cannot believe we paid $60 for 'basic' fish and 'greasys'. Unbelievable rip-off

Second & last try at giving these fish n chips a go. Once again fish was dry & chewy, either poor quality or overcooked. Tasted like bain marie fish. Potato cakes nice & crispy. Chips were left out of the order, had to drive back to town to fetch them.

Basically the only take away in town so I will still go, seems the batter on the flake changes week to week maybe an in house taste trial would suffice? Most of the weekly batter variants are inedible or left stuck to the paper it came inand this isn't a cheap takeaway option either

Never open. People will not support a shop that is closed......my kebab, potato cake and chicko roll took 45 minutes to cook. Reminded the workers at 40 minutes and they had forgotten the kebab. It was lunch time but not busy at all and the kebab in the end was a sloppy mess. Sorry for the terrible review but after 2 experience at the town fryer this is a honest review. Others who ordered after me waited longer.

A little on the pricey side. But food was good quality. Large piece of blue grenadier. And the fact that they got the order right first go, on time and had eftpos meant it's a huge improvement from what was there.

Really disappointing. $10 for dried piece flake. The chips were cooked in old oil and dry. We couldn't even finish it.

Had take away tonight. It was absolutely delicious. The food was cooked perfectly. The gluten free was cooked separately and wrapped separately with care. I definitely recommend it!

I’m all about supporting local and I keep giving this business a go every few months hoping it’s Improved but unfortunately it hasn’t. It’s edible but I don’t feel it’s worth the prices you pay.
