I live in the United States and ordered flowers for some friends in Aldinga Beach. Ordering was easy and the flowers were delivered that day. My friends were pleased and so was I. I'll definitely use them again should the need arise.

Google maps stated in store shopping and in store pick up.When I pulled up, there was a sign on the door 'don't knock, baby asleep, this is not a shop ??????"

Very dissapointed , my flowers were just left outside on a hot day & I didn't find them for 5hrs later & quite a few were whilted . I rang the florist 5 times with no answer Then emailed that evening & was just told they were left in the shade , but ofcourse shade moves & all they could do was to drop off a few sprigs in the New Year . Not good enough for $100 bunch of flowers , that didn't even last 4 days because they were outside in the heat for so long !!!

Ordered next day delivery for my mum's birthday. The order was accepted........ and the flowers never arrived. No explanation or anything. Seriously.Got a refund through Petals Network, but we have never got an explanation from the florist themselves. Avoid.
