Shell Coles Express Mount Waverley

Stopped serving customers before 10pm, despite it saying on the door they were open until 10pm. Had to get petrol at a different servo.

The rudest petrol station ever.I arrived there at 7:47pm tonight to pump some petrol.I got out of my car, placed the pump in my tank.The attendant came out and told me that I couldn't pump because they close at 8.At this point it was 7:48pm. I checked my watch.When I pointed out that it was not yet 8, that I already had the pump in my tank, and that I would be done in less than a minute, he simply walked away.I could understand if it was 7:58, but it wasn't! Really, the amount of time that it took for the guy to explain to me that I couldn't fill my tank was longer than it would have taken for me to pump and pay.I have used this Coles Express many times, but will never go there again.

No bathroom, very small and not a great variety of products

The service is not bad but weirdly, this servo does NOT have diesel or LPG. Only 91, 95 and 98.

Decent Servo with most Fuels. I check my Tyre Pressure here, has a modern air pump which works well.

I use to be able to throw in petrol and cashout money, but now they don't offer cashout anymore as they have an ATM that charges $2.50. In addition to that, I've only once had to pump my tires here, and no luck as the pump didn't work. The shop is nothing special and with limited operating hours.

So Coles make people come to by making a special edition magical builder exclusive to Coles Express when also buying Banana bread. I filled up, went inside, only to find no Banana bread, and no special edition magical builder (this is 2nd week into the promotion).It’s not the first time this happened at this Coles Express.Coles customer care just told me to go back now that they have stock.Transaction has already been completed!!!
