A big shout out to Jordan and the team. We were passing through towing a big van about lunchtime when we had trans trouble. We booked in to a park overnight and were fitted in the next morning at 8am and by 10am we were back on the road to get home and back to work.Thanks again for the great service and fitting us in when other big companies wouldn’t give us the time of day -get around this business !

Had a problem with the SRS warning light on dash after the battery was changed. Jordan checked the vehicle, erased the warning light and test drove the vehicle all in 15 minutes. Very happy with his response and the price charged.Great service with a smile.Thank you.

Quoted $11,000 for new gearbox and clutch kit on Toyota Troopcarrier or $9,000 second hand. New genuine parts are less than $3,000 from Kittles. Time for job is 10hrs. So hourly rate is $800. Queried the quote and received questionable explanations then manager called me again with more of the same. He claimed their hourly rate is $110? A simple apology would have been appreciated but I didn't get one. The quote was mistake perhaps but surely $11k for this work would have jumped out at the manager as being overcharging!!!
