Tender Funerals Mid North Coast

I really wanted a celebration for Mum's life and all she gave to those around her, and capture how she will be missed. A friend suggested I consider Tender Funerals. I will always cherish the Tender team. They offered support, guidance and ideas to consider. They were open at all times explaining the costs and where I could be involved to minimise costs if I chose to – absolutely no hidden charges.They allowed me to talk through ideas with them and feel valued and supported at all times. Specifically, I couldn't picture Mum's celebration in a traditional funeral parlour or crematorium chapel. Tender Funerals listened to my ideas and worked with the venue I thought would be perfect to make that celebration happen.I had no experience in what role I could have in preparing Mum, and no idea of what I was capable of doing or wanted to do. They enabled me to be as involved as I chose to be, again supporting and guiding me whenever I needed it. This involved supporting her family personalise Mum's coffin with photos of her life.I felt I became a different person from this experience. I felt at peace with the arrangements and how I was involved. The service was indeed a celebration which I could only have achieved with the gift of time, support and guidance from Tender Funerals.

Wauchope Tender Funerals are wonderful. All so very caring, thoughtful, understanding and patient. They made it all so very easy which really lightened our load at this every sad time. I am extremely grateful to them all.
