I have used Aussieclean for vacate cleaning and intermittant regular cleaning. The ladies in the office are always friendly and willing to help and the numerous staff members i have met are well presented, punctual and do a smashing job.Cheers!

Worse than bad. Turned up then left without finishing the job, cost us a lot of money and hassle.. Gave no reason and did not answer phone calls. If I could give zero I would.

This was my first experience with arranging a professional cleaner to perform a 'vacate clean' on a rental apartment that I was moving out from.I contacted Aussieclean over the phone and I was politely walked through the process and given an estimated quote for the services that would be provided. I booked a time for the cleaners to come out and do their thing, and I was provided with a confirmation email with the time and day for the booking. Until this point, I had no complains with the service (apart from the tacky background used on their website).However, fast-forward to the day of the booking and I am standing on my driveway almost 2 hours past the agreed time and no one has arrived. I had called through to their business twice (at 30 min and 1 hour intervals past the agreed time), and on both occasions I have been directed to an 'overflow' line apparently, and they were unable to assist in finding out what was happening with the cleaners, instead I was only given the option to wait for a callback - which I never received. My third call was to cancel the booking as it was quite clear no one was coming, and even if they were, I had already lost all faith in this business.TL;DR - Over-the-phone service was 'okay' - actual cleaning service was non-existent. Waste of time.

I hired Aussieclean Services Pty Ltd / 19 Jasper Corner, Canning Vale WA 6155 to clean my unit for a vacate clean after a tenant had left my property in a very grubby state. Extremely not happy with their cleaners, they came out three times to do the initial job and paid a lot of money for a job poorly done they lack proficiency, try and avoid them.Reply to Aussieclean Services Pty Ltd, Canning Vale - Response - I wasn’t happy with the cleaning and Aussieclean is making excuses and not owning up to their second-rate cleaners. My damage was minimal how can you clean chipped walls, broken smoke alarm, torn fly screens and broken window frames, we are talking grime and dirt. If they can’t even clean a modern 4-year-old property with modern flooring and cupboards etc…what does that tell you and to come out 3 times is ridiculous, even my Agency was frustrated with them and decided not to use them after more bad reports from other Landlords. Spots and streaks left on windows, spots & marks left on my floor after it was apparently mopped, oily grime left inside cupboards, tiles grimy that some tenants just don’t bother to clean that’s why we count on a professional vacate clean and pay good money for it. The owner of Aussieclean was very rude and unbearable to deal with, he kept talking over me and would not listen let alone apologize. Be very careful in hiring their cleaners you will regret it and your money will be wasted.

This company was recommended to us for a rental exit clean by the real estate company. I doubt they will be recommending them any more after our experience.I figured that the more I cleaned before Aussieclean came would mean the less they would need to do, resulting in a lower cost.We therefore spent a whole day cleaning and scrubbing.Our only mistake was paying the account of $480 in the middle of the busyness of moving home without considering how expensive it was.Subsequent queries to the manager, Cindy resulted only in stonewalling. She said that they recorded phone conversations and that we would have known a range of costs when booking the job. When we asked for a copy of the recording there was no response. She said that the cost included an external window cleaner. That was never mentioned to us or approved.I could go on but the bottom line is a recommendation to any prospective customer of Aussieclean to look elsewhere.

We engaged with Aussie Clean for an end of tenancy clean as recommended by the property manager. We were moving interstate so whilst Greg's quote was more expensive than the other two quotes we obtained, we thought it was safest to use the company the real estate agent recommended. We also needed to have windows cleaned which Greg said his company could do - we stipulated in writing it was inside and outside windows and Greg was aware the property was double story. I paid the invoice in good faith assuming the work we agreed to in email was complete - however, Greg now informs me that his company only cleans windows that are accessible without a ladder. If we knew this was the case we would never have engaged with Aussie Clean (and I suspect this is exactly why the company knowingly left this detail out of our email communications). It would have been cheaper for us to engage an end of tenancy cleaner plus a window cleaner - we feel very much like we were taken advantage of given we were not longer in Perth to witness the completed work.

We have been using Aussieclean Services to do all our vacates/rectifying cleaning. They are amazing and always easy to deal with.We highly recommend them!

Greg and team. 2 ladies came into my elderly parents home and cleaned for 2 whole days. Walls & every surface. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their flexibility and a job very well done. Thank you for making my life easier & for your kindness from my initial call to completion, Lynell

If you want the WORST service that you could possibly imagine for an ‘exit clean’ for a rental it’s this company!The response from this company is a total JOKE? A licensed plumber/gas-fitter attended the rental property today & two gas aren’t working on a stove top because the Aussie Cleaning company didn’t clean the stove-top/it’s caked in built up grease according to the plumber/gas fitter (FYI this was after your cleaning company was called back for a second attempt at the ‘exit clean’). There is a list as long as my arm as to what wasn’t cleaned at all. I’m not faceless & the licensed plumbers/gas fitter attending today, has to pass State Government registration/regulation. Great and friendly service. Was easy to book and they even accommodated my request for a weekend appointment. Clean was great and detailed. Definitely would recommend
