Highly recommend Rocket Surgeon.I changed the bar setup on my mountain bike, and needed all my cables lengthened. I started doing it myself... as bike repair novice, I twigged that my brakes were hydraulic after undoing one nut and getting mineral oil everywhere (the brake pads, the rotor, the floor...).I contacted Rocket Surgeon after seeing the good reviews, got an email quote, and booked it in for my next work-from-CBD day, which happened to be the Thursday before Good Friday.Being the day before a long weekend and 1 man down, the guys got slammed and were a bit late starting on my bike - they let me know that this had happened, stayed back late to get it done for me, and helped me load my bike into the car. Very grateful!Price was reasonable and consistent with quote.Brody - thank you for my non-clunky gears and the blue cable bling <3Cliff - thank you for my non-squeaky brakes!

Always a great service when I drop my bike off to the team at The Rocket Surgeon! They are great at taking the time to work through any concerns or problems you may have with your bike, explaining what they have done to your bike when you come to pick it up. Can't recommend them enough - they are friendly, welcoming and do a great job at a competitive price.

I had a really great experience with the team here.I was sent to The Rocket Surgeon by Dutch Cargo to have my Bosch system diagnosed. They got me in really quickly and were able to efficiently work through the issue to get it resolved.I was particularly impressed at how genuine the guys were - no mechanic dickyness or judgement at all, just good service and honesty.If all bike mechanics were like this the world would be a better place.

I've taken both my mountain and road bikes to the Rocket Surgeon over the last month, and have been really happy with the service provided. Both bikes are now riding like beauts! Both Cliff and Brody have been great to work with, providing clear communication and updates on when the bikes would be ready, and also putting great care and attention into servicing my bikes. Excellent service!!! Took my bike in for a service and it felt like I came out with a brand new one. Brody did an awesome job at sprucing my bike up and was very helpful, giving me some handy tips on how to better look after my bike.Looking forward to returning if I ever need to in the future!

The best bike mechanic/repair shop you will find! I’ve had two bikes serviced and upgraded through these guys and they were nothing but awesome. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, they don’t try to upsell and do their best to keep prices low. All round great guys, will be back for sure.
