I Luv Nails (shop 12)
My first experience was ok.. Second experience was so awful. The equipment was so unclean. The polish they used was old and they refused to change the colour for me. Tried to tell me that was the texture of the polish haha!!! I have been getting my nails done for 20years. This is the worst salon I’ve ever been too. The manager was rude and would not offer me a refund or at least a re- polish.

My full set of nails had “Gel” left on the underside of my nails.I pointed out to her that a few of my nails were not straight and needed to be re-filled.Also the Nail Technician didn’t paint my nails correctly, I needed to tell her that she had missed the cuticle area.I was not happy with the full set of acrylic nails I got:

I took my daughter here and used the service, my daughter is very pleased and satisfied with the service here, the staff is very enthusiastic and does a great job, my daughter loves it. Manager is very kind and attentive. I will come again next time.

They killed my mums nail!We went as a group at Christmas 2022. They sat me away from my group which I was not happy about.When they were using the nail grinder they hurt my mums finger and when she asked them to stop as it was bleeding, the lady just said “I’ll pat it, it will be fine”. The lady proceeded to pat the blood away and keep grinding. Even when she kept telling her to stop.During our pedicure a lady came in and complained that they had killed a nail and wanted her money back. One of the staff just said she was a liar and refused the refund. So this is not the first nail killing incident.Avoid this nail salon!

I just took my little girl in to this place to have our nails done together. I've never had such awful service. We were rushed in and out so fast, they were rough and hurt hs both and they even made me position and turn on/off my own nail light every round. I've never felt so uncomfortable. This was my daughters first time having her nails done and I think she would rather go to the dentist next time. I'm disgusted.

Worst experience - and the most horrific nails I have ever had. Asked for my money back as I paid $80 for an infill and ‘mail art’ but ended up with shocking nails nothing like I asked for.
