Nails Avenue

I wanted a natural shape with Sns with a tip applied. I was after a round shape. Every nail is a different length and the SNS is very thick and not flattering at all. It looks like balls on the tips. I told her to not paint shellac because I didn’t want to pay anymore than I had to. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here. Where have all the good nail techs gone. Waste of time.

did really nice nails for cheap but they are already starting to fall off and it’s only been 2 weeks since done, nails usually last me 2 months.

Ripped my daughter off. Charged her more than the listed price. Obviously thought being a teenager she wouldn’t complain

DON'T TRY IT'S NOT WORTH IT1st experience : good/ 2nd experience: terrible !-That's was my first experience : everything was perfect for me ! I did in my country before capsule (false nails) and now it's my real nails but each time I go to the nails shop they doesn't remove correctly the plastic on my nails (from before)...but here they remove everything correctly ! They did exactly what I want, it was a little bit long but I can see the quality of the results ! The girl who made my nails was polite, nice & listening! They use good product SNS".-My second experience was REALLY BAD (even if I change only 1 nail!)

Awful experience! Asked for proper shellac removal as any “trained” nail technician would know I.e. do not use electric file but soak in acetone and foil. Refused waving electric file in my face & so I left! Doubt any staff ever actually trained, usual factory line approach, all about money & zero care or customer service!

Very very rubbish service here. the thin girl is really impolite! just like I owe her one billion. The attitude is really bad!! almost all staffs played their phones, no one cares about the customers!!! I never saw such impolite person and team. why the boss can employ them?? Please !!! Don't hurt your nails here sisters!

Go elsewhere!! I had both a painful manicure and pedicure… the lady cut one of my fingernails so badly that I now have an infection…. My mother and sister went the same time as me and came out with cuts and burns… the lack of care towards their clients is disgusting.

Unhygienic and zero customer service, not to mention paid for shellac mani and the mani was non existent. Had to file my nails when I got home and realised they were still rough around the edges. No thanks will not be back

Should have checked the reviews before visiting and saved my money. Not sure about the level of training the technician has had. Used a drill to remove shellac instead of soaking them off. Zero care factor, pretty rough throughout and a very strange approach to a pedicure. Didn’t even put my feet in water until I asked the technician to, at which point she looked annoyed, as I thought I had deeply inconvenienced her. Disappointing.

I should of read the reviews before visiting. I won’t make that mistake again.Absolute waste of money, horrible nails and rude technician.I don’t think the technician has even smiled or spoken politely to anyone in her life.I had the SNS nails and buff done. The job was so poorly done with absolutely no care. There was left over product around the nail stuck to the edges. The outer sides of the nail on both hands were rough to the touch and bubbling when I left. Within 5 day 7 nails are already lifting and day 7 one has completely fallen off and I’ve been careful not to over wash my hands. There was a mass of product under my nails that wasn’t even cleaned away either. I will never go back and advise others to seek a more reputable salon.
