Modelina Quality Dressmaking

Had a very expensive suit needing some patch work and resizing in some areas. Was skeptical of where to send the suit, but after taking it here i was very happy with how it turned out! Had a lovely interaction with the lady at the front. Extremely friendly and fast service. She helped me with understanding the process and when i eventually received my suit it was in top condition with no problems what's so ever. I've since returned here to use their service for various clothing. I would highly recommend you to try this place for any type of alteration work!

Sarah replaced two zippers and repaired a seam on my favourite pants that had come apart and did some alterations on a cocktail dress and the work was incredible. I could not be happier. Much Appreciation!

If i could give no stars I would. The lady there today has the worst customer service. I asked her to treat my garment with delicacy and she completely disregarded me. I showed her how I would like it hung on the hanger and she said no. When I said I would go to another place if she cant treat my garment with delicacy she shooed me out the door, ripped out the pins on my garment then GRABBED HOLD of my arm and said dont come back. Would not recommend this place and if anything the grabbing of my arm is abuse & shes lucky that I don’t report it. Terrible first experience and I will be happy to never go back. Disgusting

Modelina helped alter all new staff uniforms and embroidered absolutely everything from hats to aprons to tshirts and I am amazed at quality and attention to detail. I had an absolutely fantastic customer service experience with these beautiful humans and will always recommend them to anyone needing quality alterations and dress making. This establishment withholds the BEST customer service knows no bounds with quality and efficacy, the lady's who work there are so friendly and do there best to meet every customers needs, I am a regular customer and often see other customers giving gifts of gratitude for there service!! I would also like to advise anyone reading these reviews to seriously disregard a 1 star review made by someone named A as i believe they have completely made up a ridiculous accusation of abuse and twisted a scenario to there own liking, i had gone in to the store to fix strap placement on a new dress i bought on the SAME day as there review to find the worker distraught in a event that was nothing like what was written, I was told this customer is rude and hateful for no apparent reason and wouldn't let the worker even TOUCH the item of clothing without nagging and complaining at them!!! I cant believe they took the time to write something so awful and ridiculous with fake events of what took place after behaving in such a way, I believe that may be racially motivated by twisting the truth there was no such abuse!!! overall its a good and kind establishment please visit and see for yourself!!! <3

I had a dress disaster that had a tight timeline and Sarah went above and beyond. She provided helpful advice, accommodated my requests and made many, many adjustments. For the amount of thought and effort, the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you again!!!

Worst place ever the reception old lady is so bad she just destroyed my dress and keep charging me money. This lady must has a miserable life so that she just can't not be kind to anyone. When I said I'm not happy to pay extra to shorten the dress she called security. How funny? When I picked up the dress she was trying everything to make trouble. As I have paid full amount before I picked up ,she still asking did you bring the receipt? I said yes I did. She was saying how much garlic did you eat ? Oh smell so bad. Ahhhh???? Are you even able to be a normal human excuse you? Very mean person . Paid $400for the dress and got destroyed. Very rough cut not even a straight line. After I said please make it shorter She charged $100 again. She was keep saying bad words and arguing with customer. I want to rate 0 if I can. And better not let her know your dress is for wedding otherwise she will rip you off . Worst customer service if anyone can see please just find other shops. I rather pay $400 to stray dog than giving it to her.
