Star Car Wash - Westfield Whitford City

This car wash was not only a waste of money due to not being able to complete the simple tasks such as drying the water marks, cleaning the bugs and headlights (which was suppose to be included in the package I got), left dirty windows and so much more but now it’s a waste of my time having to complete their job myself after the service was carried out so poorly.If that wasn’t enough I now have to pay for my rear window tint to be replaced after a decent size rip has appeared during the poor and appalling clean carried out by Star car wash at Whitfords.I can not express enough to keep your vehicle as far away as possible from this place.

I had to make a last minute booking at 3.30pm on a Sunday, after spilling an entire 3 litre milk on the back seat and floor of my car.They were quite busy but fit me in, reasonable price and even offered to fix it if there was still a smell later on in the week.Great service!

I’ve left a total of probably 2 reviews in my life and only when something was terrible but my partner just picked up the car and I was completely shocked. We got the works done as expecting a baby soon and have years of caked on dog fur and slobber on the inside. I thought we’d be lucky to get the bulk of it off (picture giant slobbery mastiff) but it was spotless and they didn’t charge extra for the pet hair. Seriously amazed at what a good job they did. Thank you so much. Wish we had taken before photos.

They did an amazing job at cleaning my car! All done in the time frame given. Great customer service and communication. Price was very good too! A week later and my car is still smelling so clean. I love it! Thank you I will be back and will recommend :)

DO NOT GO THERE: Took my Landcruiser for a full detail ($300 plus tip). Got home and noticed they broke my tail light. Small break but broken none the less. Went back, asked to speak to the manager, told them the car was damaged and wanted to review cctv to show them it was broken on site and they need to repair the damage. The manager was no longer the manager, needed to speak to the other manager, who then wasn’t the manager. Had to phone the area manager to get access to the cctv, spoke to him but he to wasn’t in fact a manager who had access to to cctv and had to speak to the owner (three managers deep by now) owner appeared helpful, and was happy to share footage, and if damage was done they would repair the damage. My car was there over 7 hours but they would only share 4 minutes footage. And based on the 4 minutes at the beginning of the day they will not accept liability. Reading reviews after the damage, this is a common issue and cannot express how disappointing it is when the hey absolutely do not value your pride and joy and when damaged refuse to take responsibility.

Spent $170 to have my car ‘cleaned’ only to have to clean it myself when I got home. The absolute basics of car washing were missed. So disappointed. Definitely do not recommend and have had better service elsewhere.

Didn't book an online spot but thought I would try my luck when they opened and asked if it would be possible to have an express wash done. The staff member was polite and managed to squeeze my car in as well as asking if I wanted the car polished. I was at the shops for 1hr and received the SMS saying the car is ready.I was SO happy to see how clean and sparkly the car was and the wheels were shiny too! Money well spent.I would definitely go back and I have already told friends too!

These guys did a great job! Will definitely use them in the future.Just completed again, for the 3rd time since my 1st visit. Great work guys, always a top notch job. I'm never washing my own car again!
