Highly Rated!!Walked in on a 39° Saturday at 1230pm.Place was busy. Walked straight to the counter and put an order in for the Bells Pack for 2. There were 8 orders in front of us. 10 min later we had our food.Went to the beach to eat and it was the best fish and chips we've had. Not oily, just enough batter to not overwhelm the fish. Calamari was tender. Chips were crunchy!Overall great service and great food. 1st time here and if we ever come back to Torquay we will be back here! Thanks!

Ordered a few items off the menu, burger was completely flavourless, stale bread. Chips had no taste and the potato cakes were frozen. We ordered chips and gravy and then another serve of chips. He put both chips into one serve and then a seperate gravy container to pour over both serves?? The gravy was also runny and watery with no flavour. The physical shop is filthy, needs a deep clean. Service was non existent, barely a grunt. Stay away. Threw out our food and ate elsewhere

This is not just a local fish and chips shop. The seafood in this place is fresh, cooked perfectly, and delicious. We tried Barramundi pack with fresh salad, fish is cooked really well with crispy skin.Service is really good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tap water is provided, and the place is kids friendly.

STAY AWAY! Sorry to be rude, but this place was disgusting. For a tourist destination with beautiful beaches which attracts people for fishing and surfing this place was by far the worst we have ever experienced.The flake was disgusting, the chips were either old or the oil was old or both. Asked for lemons, they didn’t know what to do! Haha.. so they squirted lemon juice from the bottle into a plastic container.We got home and had to throw most of it away, which we had never done before. The fish had a vinegary flavour, smelt funny and wasn’t flake. I’d suggest sending the health food inspectors in. It was obvious the people working there were not interested and/or passionate about the business. What a shame for a prime position in a tourist destination and what a disservice to the Torquay community.Sorry for the bad review, but I think it’s needed to ensure people do not go here and hopefully the owners can turn this business around or sell the business to someone who cares.

I was quite happy with the service, it was very busy and they took orders and prepared orders efficiently. Not too much of a wait. The fish was great. Chips were well cooked.I really love how it's all prepared in front of you so you can see exactly what goes into it. I would go there again.

Happily surprised by this tasty fish and chips! Had the butter fish and chips and calamari and chips. Really good taste, batter was AMAZING on the fish, calamari was fresh, not too chewy. Good chips, great tartare. They obviously change the oil regularly, it's not greasy. It was pretty busy but we got served quickly. Good value for money too!

Really friendly staff, absolutely spotless inside, and somehow manages to feel like a seaside chippy in the middle of torquay. Chips crunchy and fluffy and perfectly salted, amazing generous fish servings. Will definitely recommend.

The fish and chips was surprisingly very good. Fresh, crisp, and tasty. Which is more than I can say for most take away fish and chips places I have been up to. Also the pricing is very fair especially compared to many other f&c places in Torquay that charge more than twice as much.

One of the best serves of fish and chips I’ve had in years, very friendly and helpful staff, makes this an all around win for me.The best fish and chips I've ever had! The chips are so crunchy ! :D
