Stafford Heights Kindergarten

A wonderful community kindy. Our daughter has absolutely loved her year at Stafford Heights kindergarten. She has thrived in the warm and caring environment and gained the confidence and independence necessary for prep next year. The experienced and caring teachers provided an engaging and fun play-based learning environment. We also had our daughter in the after hours program which she thoroughly enjoyed, it was like an afternoon play date! At this kindy you’re not just another family, you become part of the community. I can’t recommend Stafford Heights Kindergarten highly enough, we’re so happy we made the decision to send our daughter here.

Stafford Heights Kindy, has been a wonderful place for my daughter to grow in confidence, imagination and create strong friendships. She was once anxious about going to other daycare centres but since moving to Stafford Heights Kindy she is eager to attend! The teachers and support staff are caring and creative and there is a wonderful community of parents as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Stafford Heights Kindy to anyone.

What an amazing Kindy we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The prefect prep for prep! Our son has thrived at this Kindy. The team at SHK are experts in their field and it has been so nice to watch not just our son but all the kids learn and grow throughout the year.Being a community Kindy you get the opportunity to be involved and it has also been a nice way to meet other families.The after hours service also provides that added convenience for working parents when the “traditional” Kindy hours don’t work

Over the last decade I have sent all 6 of my children to this Kindy. The staff are wonderful, catering to individual needs of each child. Each of my children has blossomed at this kindy while developing skills that helped get them off to a great start on their educational journey. The kindy is in a lovely, quiet spot with beautiful facilities that encourage exploration, active and creative play. I'm so pleased to be part of this kindy community

We are so happy we discovered Stafford Heights Kindy (SHK) when we moved to the area last year. It is the area's best kept secret for kindy-aged children in our opinion. SHK has been a wonderful experience for our daughter, who has thrived in all areas. She asks to go everyday. The teachers are high quality educators and the campus is a mixture of fantastic indoor and outdoor (covered large verandah/patio plus a large grassy yard in the shade of several large trees. Its a great size too - only 20 students at the kindy at a time. We also took advantage of the after hours care, which made it comparable to a long day care centre but a with a more intimate and kindy-age focus. Would 100% recommend SHK for kindy aged students.

Not that many people seem to know about Stafford Hts Kindy...it's a bit of a hidden gem. I am so glad that a friend recommended it to me. Such a welcoming and nurturing community. My kids love the kindy and their fantastic teachers!

Our daughter loves attending Stafford Heights Kindergarten. In the past few months she has gone from being quite shy and reserved to a very sociable and confident girl and is learning new skills all the time. We definitely feel she will hit the ground running at Prep next year.Emma is a fully engaged and and passionate Teacher and we have loved becoming part of the Kindy community.

The unique range of experiences at Stafford Heights Kindergarten are sure to remain with my sons for the rest of their lives as truly happy childhood memories. The teachers take the time to learn what interests and motivates each individual child, and use this knowledge to encourage their play-based learning. My boys love bringing home new art creations, food they’ve baked or natural ‘treasures’ they’ve discovered in the garden to share with us. And we love hearing stories about the intricate games they invent with their friends. There is a real warmth to the Stafford Heights Kindergarten community, and the social aspect isn’t just for the kids. We’ve formed wonderful friendships with other families which have continued beyond kindy.

Stafford Heights Kindergarten is truly a wonderful place. The teachers are all amazing, kind and nurturing. Personalised play-based learning allows the children to explore and create games of interest and it's lovely to see my daughter happy, thriving and making great friendships in such a wonderful environment. So glad a old work colleague told me about the kindy - it's a hidden gem and from the moment I walked through the gate I just knew it was the kindy for our family.
