Went to the Wetherill park store yesterday and the Asian girl with blonde hair was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not explain the refunds/exchange policy very well and looked annoyed when asked questions such as recommendations for popular products/colours. We had to wait to be served for awhile as she was on her phone in the beginning and did not even smile once the whole time she was speaking with us. Horrible service, definitely won’t be back here again with service like that.

We went there and they had a major sale so prices were cheap. I didn’t purchase any makeup but I did purchase there brush set, I still haven’t tried them but they look nice. There customer service wasn’t rlly good. The lady was casually digging into her chicken while helping us, so unprofessional. Other than that everything was alright.

Worst customer service at Merryland. Young lady with scarf very rude and unprofessional. Need a help to purchase some item she was making me fool as I don't know what I was saying. She was not willing to help. When I said you are here to help , she was so loud and and so rude . I got so horrified and she stated talking in her language with other staff what happen in really bad manner.If you cannot behave well with customer better don't work dear.When you work you should help your customer.Be gentle and calm rather than making customer scare.I really wanna see the manager who hired them honestly .Someone need to teach them or trained to well behaved.If they believe in karma then It will return back.

Went to Kiss Wetherill park the other day and the staff was amazing, they have outstanding service and helped assist all my needs patiently while carefully explaining which products/colour would work best for me. Would 10000% recommend them!

I saw this lens on SALE from their website than I decided to visit their store in merryland.It’s was $15 dollar Sale eye lens , but the girl took $30 , & in the box got only one side eye lens the other side of eye lens is missing . I notice the price in receipt and missing one item. after arrived home . when I made complaints by email , they completely did not take any serious on customer complaints end up ignoring.When they can ignore itSo I have thought there is no point go to store asked for missing item or about pricing .Very bad customer service.They keep young female employees who are rude, have no manners …totally bad bad customer service

LOVE THIS PLACE! My go-to when i need new products to use and perfect for treating myself out. The prices are affordable and really high quality products. Varying from contacts, brushes, and even base makeup. Ive bought many products from kiss and they amaze me all the time! I even got compliments for how natural and amazing my base makeup is. I recommend this store of beginners as its amazing!
