Revival 24:7 Gym

Do not recommend. The place is extremely grotty, looks like its never been cleaned. The toilets in particular are disgusting. Weekend staff turn up late and there is zero enforcement of basic hygiene requirments like towels and sanitising. The gym was closed today (Sunday) with zero warning. Most reputable gyms would email their members about updates to opening hours or if the gym was going to be closed. These guys couldng be arsed to even make a one sentence facebook post. Even before covid, they were never a 24/7 gym. Their name is a blatant lie. They spent money to buy equipent with their name on it. Too bad they didnt use that money to buy better equipment instead. The stuff is falling apart after less than a year. Ladies gym isnt open. No group classes.Stuck with a year long membership but after that, Im heading to a different gym that actually respects its members.Its obvious that most of the 5 star reviews are either fake accounts or friends of the owners. Theres no way you can think this place isnt run by greedy incompetent people.

As others have mentioned, I signed up on the promise of group classes but they never started. I went into the gym and emailed several times about asking for a refund of my membership fee but never got a clear answer. As soon as they closed for COVID I got a response saying that we have a major issue to deal with at the moment" but that I could head into the gym for a cancellation of my membership once they reopened. Really great gym. I have been to 7 gyms in Bendigo. The reason why I think this one was my favourite is because of all the equipment. At other gyms the equipment is busy all the time, it makes it almost pointless going. At Revival, you can get a great workout in a quick amount of time.Revival does have classes if that interest you but I can't say what they are like because they start soon.

As a mum it’s hard to find the time to go to gym, Revival are open 24:7. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, the facilities and equipment are amazing. So glad that I made the change!

Man where do I even start, this gym is amazing. Super friendly staff andAmazing equipment. The gym is always clean and the aircon feels almostLike a summer breeze.Some of these other people clearly do not know how a proper gym is run.Understand that sometimes the gym needs to be shut for the place to beCleaned properly. Shuts during the hours of 12am to 5-6am every night for the past 3-4 weeks, promised they would run classes included in memebership but none have ran so far, ladies gym isn’t finished yet no idea when it will be. Have heard horror stories of them not paying their employees and also not paying tradies who renovated the space for them. Obviously in money troubles but won’t let their customers know what’s going on and they do not offer cancelations/refunds even with all of this. It’s all very shady do not recommend joining here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked to speak to someone about signing up and my goals, got handed the paperwork and my access tag and sent on my way. I never received a tour of the gym, was never shown how to use the equipment - happy to take my money but not to achieve my goals. I was a member here for 4 weeks before leaving. Will try and steer people away from here as much as possible.

This gym is by far the worst run gym I’ve ever seen, lucky I decided to do a no lock in contract so I could get out as fast as I can. They advertise 24:7 , they have never been, there equipment looks cheap and is already breaking down, they have no classes to speak of even when they promised them, it has little to no customer service and has no management structure from what I can tell, they use a third party billing agent to buffer there responsibilities, they use sneaky and unjust payment fees as they charged me a quarterly payment fee for the quarter that they were closed, I would in no way suggest this gym to anyone, it is by far the worst run business I’ve ever seen.

You'll notice almost every 5 star reviewer only has 1 review to their name, because they've been faked by the gym's owner or staff. Very shady place with terrible customer service, they recently got caught stealing money from people's accounts. If you're looking for a good gym with friendly service and affordable prices in the same area then try Feelgood Fitness just across the road.

Previously I had this place rated as a 5 star, I'm heavily disappointed in how things turned out as time went on. My girlfriend and many other people were overcharged for their memberships and the only explanation we were ever given was that it was that it was the fault of the crediting company. I thought I was lucky enough to have paid for my membership upfront, but even still they are now shut down and I've lost out on 6 months of membership that I paid for. I'm a shift worker and I never have to worry about the doors being closed or not being able to stock up on products. Good selection of equipment and decent range of supplements. Microwave on site to heat ready meals from the fridge.
