Lutwyche Apartments

Not sure what the bad reviews on here are about.... I lived in the Lutwyche building - Liberta for 2 years and am sad to leave the place!John Dent the property manager is brilliant! It is tough to find a good property manager these days and the previous building I lived in had no regard for the tenants they put in and the building got trashed with parties. This is NOT the case with Liberta. It's a quiet place with great tenants including families and John has quickly dealt with bad tenants who threatened to change the nice environment.I'm sad to leave and only moving out for more space in a townhouse. Well done John, Cheers!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Definitely stay there again. Great location.

I do feel that the way the manager replied my email is unprofessionally rude.

The property manager John has acted in ways that are extremely rude and unprofessional.He also appears to pay little care or attention to the buildings external safety and overall appearance. Concerns that have been brought to his attention have been wilfully ignored.Overall, extremely disappointed with the poor management and rude language.

John Dent is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We signed a lease that stated a dryer would be present however it was not. We then asked if we could be provided with one in which he replied no and that the owner would provide one. We later found out John never asked the owner and that the reason he didn't want to provide one was because it was his mistake (putting it in the tenancy/lease agreement). Henceforth, he was incredibly rude in all correspondance thereafter and threatened to take us to QCAT. It was only after we agreed to go to QCAT that he dropped the issue and provided a dryer at his own expense. However, as you can imagine he wasn't very pleasant for the rest of our lease despite us always paying rent on time and being incredibly quiet and clean people.
