Amazing, highly recommendTeagan is fantastic, she takes a complete history and discusses all aspects of her treatment plan with you. Teagan was very aware of the amount of pressure I could handle. I’ve always been told that I am not able to get massages as my issues are quite varied and difficult. It was so lovely to lay there and actually enjoy a relaxing massage trusting they know what they are doing and being able to walk upright the next day was a massive win also. I have had a neck and shoulder massage once that left me unable to stand upright for 3 days, so yes I am extremely happy. I wish I had trusted and tried remedial massage earlier, so thank you for opening up in Seville. I honestly feel amazing and can certainly feel the benefits even after 1 massage. We really do underestimate the pressure our muscles are under. I have already booked my 2nd appointment with Teagan.
