Paid 300 for service , didn't change spark plugs and ,claimed I needed rocker cover gasket but I discovered 2 nuts loose 1hen charged an extra 100 to replace 1 spark plug. Basically my car was worseand engine light was on after service.

Keith came to our rescue when our car broke down while away for the weekend. He and Bec had us back on the road in a reasonable time despite an already busy day. They even delivered the car back to us. Very grateful for their expertise and kindness!! Highly recommend Springfields Garage.

I told them that my car was having issues changing gears with auto transmission. They never looked at it, just wanted my $400 for a quick service and mustn't have even connected a diagnostic check up because as soon as i picked up the car i had the same problems. I had to go to another mechanic the same day and he saw 11 codes come up on the diagnostic. Pretty angry with the lack of willingness to help me get to the bottom of my problem.

Excellent service and communication. My car was collected from my house in the morning for a service and dropped back to me in the afternoon which was a lifesaver.The team were friendly and professional and the communication was excellent, even letting me know when my car was on its way.Can’t recommend highly enough!

I was told i needed a new motor and was given a rough price of $8000+ by springfield, so i took it to nissan for a second opinion turns out it was only a fly wheel. saved me $5200+. don't trust springfield's diesel compression test. for a basic service they are probably capable but anything serious i would go else where as springfield gave me that diagnosis very willy nilly, felt lazy to be honest. when i asked for a refund with the nissan invoice for proof i was refused (nissan recommended asking for one).p.s had the new fly wheel for over a week now no issues motor hasn't died and feels butter smooth.
