People complaining about it being small, oh well. Click and Collect what you need to get it ordered in.The boys (Brad and Jake) are always super friendly, helpful and non judgemental. Always honest and make it a super easy experience whether you know a lot or a little.It's always a super clean and tidy store, everything is organised as best as can be until others mess it up...it's EB Games pricing with products but it's the experience with the team that matters most.100% the best EB store of the Mountains.

I have had many great experiences with our local store and the people who work there have been always helpful, but I had an expression of interest receipt for the ps5, and have had it since you could put in for one, yet I heard nothing from them when the ps5 became available to pre order so I missed out. I’m a bit sad as now you cannot seem to find one.

Lithgow eb is the worst eb games I have been to. Every time I go in they are rude and make me feel horrible for going in.I will avoid going in and travel to Bathurst eb games if I ever need something. I cannot fault Bathurst eb games at all. Always friendly and helpful.

We knew nothing about games and the PlayStation until visiting this store. Jake was so helpful to us oldies. He was patient with our mundane questions and he managed to help us to get a new machine and a dozen or so games.We can highly recommend this store and remember to ask for Jake.
