Terrible Experience with Abbey Aluminium: Shattered Window and Disgraceful Treatment of PetsI recently had an absolutely horrendous experience with Abbey Aluminium, and I feel compelled to warn others about the subpar service and unprofessional behavior I encountered. To put it simply, I am appalled by the quality of their workmanship and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Firstly, I had a window installed by Abbey Aluminium, which was supposed to be a straightforward job. However, to my dismay, the window they installed ended up shattering just a few days later. Not only did this demonstrate a severe lack of attention to detail and poor craftsmanship, but it also exposed their inability to install a basic window correctly. I had expected a certain level of professionalism from a reputed company like Abbey Aluminium, but their work left much to be desired.When I contacted Abbey Aluminium to rectify the situation and fix the broken window, I was shocked to learn that they had the audacity to ask for additional payment. It was their fault that the window shattered in the first place, and yet they had the nerve to demand more money to rectify their mistake. This blatant attempt at financial exploitation is a clear indication of their unscrupulous business practices and their lack of accountability for their own errors.As if the shattered window wasn't enough, my shock turned into sheer disbelief when I discovered that during an argument with their staff, they callously disposed of my beloved pet cat in the green bin. The callousness and cruelty displayed by Abbey Aluminium towards a defenseless animal are beyond comprehension. It is absolutely unacceptable and speaks volumes about their lack of empathy and respect for living creatures. No reputable company should treat any living being in such a heartless manner, let alone a beloved pet.In light of these experiences, I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Abbey Aluminium for their aluminum-related needs to reconsider. Their incompetence, unprofessionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction are evident in every aspect of their work. The shattered window, the audacity to charge for their own mistakes, and the inexcusable treatment of my cat highlight their utter lack of integrity.Save yourself the headache, frustration, and heartbreak by seeking out a more reliable and compassionate company that values its customers and their pets. Abbey Aluminium has proven that they are far from being a trustworthy and customer-oriented business.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Abbey Aluminium for a flawless experience from start to finish. They have been a pleasure to deal with, always prompt with appointment times , delivery and installation. Their product range is excellent and we are really happy with our replacement windows and doors. Would definitely recommend if your looking for quality fixtures at reasonable prices with excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to the end. Andrew has been just amazing , excellent service, excellent quick communication , also thanks to David and a whole Abbey team . My house look great with Abbey windows, 45 windows ( mostly double hung and some sliding ) , 6 sliding doors , 2 double and one single french door . Quality of windows and doors is of high standards . Highly recommend Abbey and if I build house again or doing any other project I am using Abbey again . Thank you . Maria

The group from Abbey provided excellent advice and the quality is fantastic. We replaced every door and window in the house, but changing windows to stacking sliding doors at the front has completely changed the look.I highly recommend Abbey products and would definitely use them again for the same project.

I would like the thank Abby Aluminium for exceptional service for going above and beyond, especially Michelle.My enquiry was to try and source a window motor to repair a home elevated window.I had spend the best part of 6 weeks sourcing help in my local area only to get zero service- most times not even a reply.I reached out into Sydney and found Abby. Whilst they don’t particularly do my needed repair work, the staff knew of my troubles, they then recommended a solution, they also helped me with an order from a different supplier and assisted with efficient delivery.I emphasis my enquiry was not their core business yet they reached beyond to assist a public customer in need of help and guidance.Absolutely the best example of customer service I have seen in many years.Well done Abby Aluminium and in particularly Michelle for your passionate customer service .Thank youMatt Cross

I'd had plenty of dramas with one supplier I had intended to go with. Fortunately I met a builder who gave me Abbey's number. They gave me a reasonable price. They are very responsive and helpful. There was no hassle when I made several changes to design and thus requiring several quotes. They were quick compared to the other supplier 3 weeks instead of 6. Plus they worked in really well with my builders (insurance job). They went out of their way with the timing. They did a wonderful job building and installing. It was a 4 metre by 1 metre 3 panelled window. The wall wasn't level.... but they worked out solutions and it looks fantastic. I was very, very happy. Thanks to all, Michelle, David and Andrew.

We asked Abbey to quote on 4 windows for our house, we also went to wideline and another AWS supplier. The service from Abbey was impeccable. Not only quick, professional, well priced, detailed, proactive advice, everything. Plus they did install with a team who were a sub supplier but also awesome, best building experience i've had. Thank you David and your team.We got quotes in a day (plus multiple tweaks and changes) the other AWS suppliers were 10+ days for a quote, which we had to chase and it was 40% more for exactly the same product.

Abby Aluminium did my rear sliding door and crim safe screen and wife and I are super happy with finished product, Price and product quality was above average and the installers did a fantastic job nothing was a problem to them so will definitely use them again.

These guys are truely good family business providing absolutely best service and quality goods. They are dedicated to each and every part of the experience. Their attention to detail is amazing.
