+1 star for the store aesthetic and cleaniness + unique pastries.+1 star for friendly and quick customer service.+1 star for the delicious almond croissant and generous fillings inside-1 star for the cold brew, it tasted like old coffee.-1 star some croissants are burnt which dismissed the overall butter flavour

I have to say it’s the best café and bakery ever at Rhodes. I tried the coffee and bread at wolli creek one long ago, it was really gooddd. The only point is too far away from my place haha. But I’m so happy that it opens another one at Rhodes!!! I strongly recommend the (mushroom and cheese) and almond croissant! Btw, the staffs are super nice! I’ll come back definitely!

3.5/5. Decent bakery serving great coffee from Single O. Had the pain au chocolat ($5.2) and the wholemeal ham and cheese roll ($4.5).Pain au chocolat was decent, could be a bit more buttery. Layers were a tad dry and on the crunchier side.The wholemeal ham and cheese roll was pretty small, almost had no difference to a regular roll. Bun was pretty soft which was great.However, a great option of bakery to have in Rhodes.

I bought some almond croissants, a cinnamon cronut, a berry croissant and a mango and cream cone/doughnut from here. I gave them a fair go. The almond croissants were hard and burnt to the point where the burnt taste came through and was gross.The cinnamon cronut was super dry and flaked everywhere. There was so much cinnamon (yes, I expected cinnamon but it needs to be balanced) it was incredibly overpowering and wooden in flavour. The mango and cream cone/doughnut thing was okay. The cake itself was fresh and well cooked but the filling was sickly sweet. I'm going to give it the benefit of doubt and assume some people are into that artificial sweet taste. After spending about $35 on 5 pastries, can't say I'll ever be back.

I was worrying it only got the looks. The fact is they got the best Danish pastries I haven’t have for a while. Be there early the freshness makes the difference.

I like the hygiene aspects, I saw the lady cleaning / sterilise the tray and tongs. The shop is well space out with limited bread and croissants options at any one time. We got the matcha red beans n cheese bread, custard n red beans bread, red beans n cheese bread and almond roll. Each has its own different but yummy taste. Not too sweet. They are all great, but something we do every now and again not regular.
