I went into the store today to buy some shoes and was helped by a lovely, asian young adult. He was extremely friendly and also very handsome. He assisted me to find the right shoes for my needs and was very helpful. Would shop here again!

Such great service from a rude and entitled rep. Refused to try on a pair of shoes that has issues then the rep tried to make me to pay on the spot then pick up at another store sight unseen.Way to do business, I’d rather give my business to other friendlier locations in the City.

0 star if I could.Rude team. Gave me the wrong shoes size. Then, back to the store (after 5 min), the team member didn't want the shoes and didn't want to provide me with a refund or give me a voucher or change the shoes. Uninterested in ACCC or Nike refund policy.

Staff knowledge on sport clothing types is poor.Staff will tell you that they will order for you what the customer has asked for and deliver the opposite. Order on line which is not connected to the store and you will get what you are looking for weeks before the store has it in stock.

Shoes were low quality returned the next day only to be told they do not issue refunds. Be careful buying here as you'll be stuck with a credit note and very limited stock to choose from.

Two years since my last review of this store and the service has got even better. Ruthie, the manager, knows what she's talking about and is very helpful. It's a long time since I enjoyed buying shoes this much.

Poor team had internet troubles requiring to keep resetting their moden whilst handling unforeseen traffic. They did a wonderful job with customer service throughout. Even when the store is almost closing time they did everything to serve all their customers with such patience and quality care.

Warning: They don’t offer refunds, only store credits. Returned a pair of shoes because they weren’t right for my foot type. The shoes I wanted In exchange cost $100 online but $200 in this store however the store credit can only be used in store. There was nothing else I wanted to buy in the store except for the shoes so ended up biting the bullet and paying double the price in store than I could have online. Terrible customer experience because of stupid return policy and price discrepancy.
