Absolutely amazing however, the sounds underneath on the Southside are extremely eerie. So creepy that I could not walk close to the hole from being very scared - I was on my own and next time, I would go back again with other people!! Loved it, complete must see as it is mindblowing there is an inland blow hole!

Wow! This is a quite spectacular granite formation and well worth a visit. Very easy to access.

Looks like just a hole in the ground but apparently connects to the Murray river which implies an impressively long tunnel. We assume the hole 'blows' water when the river rises, hence the name. Also don't swim in it for this reason and also because it's pretty nasty water w sticks n gunk in it

Just a big hole in the rock. Don't know if it blows though nothing happened while we were there.

Waited for hours no eruption very misleading name. Haha kidding it's a hole in the ground filled with manky water. The most interesting part is the signs about the history and significance. Worth a look if your driving past

Awesome inland blow hole. 2wd friendly road, smooth big rock free road with no pot holes. Just had to get over a cattle grid. which was no problem No one else was there. definitely have to come here if you are in the area. nice and tranquil spot. A++++

An amazing bit of geology, revered by the original owners of the land. Its a special place and one that you need to show a bit of respect in more than one way. Pay respect to the original landholders who found it, as well as the fact it is rocky, slippery when wet, and that it is understood the two metre wide water hole links to the Murray, and that its really deep water.Do not swim here.

What an interesting spot. Great big granite plateau in amongst farmland. Would of loved just a little info about how came about. You can see drill marks where I think the granite has been taken from top layer - not noted on info board. Is the water in the hole from rain or is it from the water table???

It was a bit dirty but I imagine if it was doings its bubbles it would be very interesting. Hold onto your little children's hands no safety fences or anything.
