One of the staff asked me immediately to leave the store (3pm), the closing time was 5pm on the website but they locked up the store early and I was told to leave the store at the entrance door. Very harsh and rude!

I have always found the people at Roberts Don Mac really helpful. Not only have they had the equipment that I need, but they have also been able to offer advice, which has helped me tremendously. Prices are reasonable, and they are res ponsive with their repair turnaround.

Totally crap service - took it in on Saturday morning 29 October for a service and a new starter cord. Phoned on Saturday 11 November and was told that it would be serviced Monday 14th. Phoned Friday 18th to be told it was not serviced as it was only booked in on the the 14th??????.Breath taking incompetence - do not use..

Went in to buy pre cut cord, the same as I bought last visit, and the guy claimed to never stock it! So frustrating, poor service...

Called to ask about getting my water pump repaired. Booked it in, unplugged it, drove it in to town, and then they told me they don't repair this brand of pump, a piece of information they could have asked me about, when I called to tell them I had a leaking pump. Another day without water because these people are useless !!!!
