Excellent communication from both office staff and the plumbers that came to repair the sewer drain. Bonus points for being upfront with the pricing before booking. Reasonably priced, no nasty surprises, no upselling, turned up on time (with text letting me know when they were on the way). Just a good honest job. Dylan did the second fix on my ensuite renovation, had a few issues pop up but stuck to his quote which was already reasonable had expected to pay more.Plumbed free-standing bathtub, toilet, basin, and had to redo a heap of old galv waste pipe which wasn't flowing properly.
