The team here at ironhouse are an awesome team of like minded lifters with a passion for fitness and strength, everyone in the gym is friendly and always open to have a chat or provide tips and tricks for lifting techniques and form that may assist you with that next pr goal or even just building the muscle group your working in. The gym is a great space with all the equipment you could want, it's a great place to get a sweat on and focus on your goals with no massive distractions and very very like minded people.

Such a great gym, with clean and brand new equipment for any form of training.Worth a visit even if you just want to try it out.Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and they know what their doing which is a bonus!So so glad I found it

All of the gear, positive vibe, and reasonably priced. Maddy and Tyson own and run it and are a pleasure to deal with. Fun Monday morning HIIT sesh, too.

Great gym if you want to lift heavy stuff. Proper barbells and heavy duty benches etc.
