Not only for the good of her client, but for the greater good of the Universe. I can personally say, after doing a 1-1 transformational/ healing program with Holly, I feel unconditionally valuable simply in my existence as part of this Grand Universe. Additionally, Holly helped me free myself from limitations (fear, anxiety etc.) put on me by myself or perceived by others. Lucy is fantastic at what she does. For years, I suffered claustrophobia, particularly a fear of being restricted. It was debilitating and effected not just mine, but my family’s life. For months leading up to my wedding, I found myself not being able to breathe for fear of my wedding dress, being in a corset back, tight and being restricted. That was the main reason I reached out to Lucy. I needed to be able to make it through my wedding day with no panic attacks. I had Lucy’s number for 2 years before I actually made the decision to contact her. My biggest regret is how long it took me to bite the bullet. I won’t lie, I was sceptical. I didn’t think that hypnotherapy would work for me. But it did. I did a LOT of self hypnotherapy to ensure I had as much help for myself. Lucy was amazing. She really connected with me, my sessions were tailored to my needs and she really made me feel comfortable. While my main focus was my wedding day, I needed to overcome my fear for my own lifestyle, well-being and to have no boundaries as a mother to my 2 girls. They didn’t deserve to suffer because of my fear. I’m not going to say I’m cured. But what I do have is the tools to face any situations which heighten my fear so that I don’t have a full blown 10/10 panic attack. I can now feel myself getting anxious and be able to hover at 2/10 and bring myself back down to 0/10 within minutes. I did get through my wedding day with no issues at all….and I stayed in my wedding dress for a whole 10 hours. I’m looking forward to using my new skills throughout my life and watching myself jump those hurdles that used to stop me dead in my tracks. Thank you Lucy.
