The team have been amazing helping me navigate having a diabetic cat. They have had the patience and taken the time to explain everything to me in great detail to make sure I'm comfortable with the process, no matter how many times I called in the beginning or questions I asked. It's lovely to walk in and have everyone say how much they love seeing your furbaby and knowing that they take such care with him makes it all a little easier.

Highly qualified vets and nurses, very helpful and friendly staff. Not over expensive as other vets. They recommended new medications for my 17 year old cat, and had a very successful surgery as well and my cat was there only 3 hours for the surgery. Highly recommend.

Our Lucy had check up & vaccination with Dr Carla. Doc called us in as we arrived, she was caring & loving toward our little black cat. Happy, would recommend.

I couldn’t recommend this vet more highly. Both my dogs have attended this practice, in particular to see Dr. Kate, and they are fantastic. They explain everything clearly and as someone who hadn’t had a puppy in many many years, have really taken the time to educate and reassure me when needed. The nursing team and front desk staff are also super helpful and go out of their way to help.

Cannot recommend this place enough. They're amazing with my little girl dog but the way they handle my nervous boy is astounding. Carla always takes as long as he needs and even let me bring him in to aclimatise him on her break. They have never forced anything he doesn't like and genuinely care about his welfare. Prices are completely fair and out of all the vets I have been to, they always get back to my insurance company super fast. My mother in law travels from Mill Park to see these guys with her dog so that speaks volumes. Thanks for caring for my Eddie boy and giving Strudel so many treats :)

I booked an appointment in for my pet I was required to pay a deposit, due to complications with my pet I had to cancel the appointment and I kindly asked for my deposit back as it was a lot of money, Zoe refused to give me back my deposit, I was never emailed the invoice to my email or number stating it was non refundable deposit, I gave them 6 days notice of the cancellation. Petstock Vet Hoppers crossing are a criminal business. Zoe was rude with no professionalism in her costumer service. Do not go to these people they will not take care of you as a customer if situations arise. They do not care about the pet or the customer, they only care about putting more money in their pockets by being thief’s. I give it zero starts.

Amazing service provided by the wonderful vet & staff, they even called the next day to follow up on Jets recovery. Jet felt so at ease here compared to how he has been in the past at other clinics. So glad we found them.

The Vet team is awesome, knowledgeable, thorough and will walk you through the options with no hidden surprises on the bill at the end. They have been my vet of choice for 4 years and can’t explain the relief to know that your pet is in expert hands.

Thank you Pet Stock Vet Hoppers Crossing for looking after our toy Moodle Coco last week. She managed to eat a packet of extra chewing gum without us noticing, as soon as we realised we rang the team at Pet Stock Vet, she was seen by a Vet straight away. After her treatment Coco is back to her normal, happy self. We really appreciate your prompt and attentive service in looking after our fur baby.

Such an incredible team- when my cat needed surgery and ended up passing you were all so empathetic and kind. I've never heard of vets sending personal sympathy cards to the families when a pet passes, I was so touched and I want to thank you.So accommodating to my dog who is dog-reactive, I couldn't recommend you all enough!
