Toast was burnt (no butter provided), sausages undercooked and drinks came out 20 minutes after meals. Please lift your game no effort made at all.

Called in for Saturday brunch.We ordered a coffee, iced latte, a coke and food.The coffee came out straight away.Waited some time for the cold drinks.I walked in to see why they were taking so long. They shouldve been out first.They were still sitting on the counter.The food came out not long after but it was warm.The table next to us was covered in dishes and food. The people who sat there had to do a bit of a clean upWhen the young waiter finally came to clear and wipe the table he brushed the smaller food pieces on the ground.He couldve brought out a tray and collected all the dishes and maybe wiped the table onto his tray.

What can I say , disappointed in the way they work in here.The food was great, service slow and had alot of tables where not clean or cleaned up.

A tasty meal at a reasonable price, service was quick and efficient with plenty of clean tables to choose from. They accidentally bought us the wrong coffee but quickly fixed this and were apologetic. Personally I miss the crushed lemon ice slushie that used to be available & hope it comes back in time for the warmer months!

my boyfriend and i come in every week and every time we get serviced by chrissy. she is amazing at her job and is always treats us so nicely! always makes us feel so welcomed!
