We claimed our old air conditioner on insurance and Michelle took care of all of the paperwork and dealt directly with the insurance company. We paid a deposit for our air conditioner on Wednesday and it was installed by Friday same week. I could not rate the customer service and team at aircare highly enough. Thanks for such great service!

I contacted 4 installers asking for a quote for a ducted system. Bill from Air-Care responded promptly, 1 other responded but took a while to get back to me and 2 others didn't respond at all.Bill's quote was slightly higher than the other one but it was within our budget and we were keen to get the job started before the hot weather set in. We were pleased with his presentation so decided to go with them.Justin and Matt did a very professional job with little mess and good humour, and we are very pleased with the end result.I would have no problem recommending Air-Care Air Conditioning to anyone looking to install an air conditioning system.Mike

Don't touch this company. They charged me $198.00, sent out a boy on Red P Plates to look at my aircon. He took the top off the outside unit, looked here and there, and came to the conclusion, he had no idea what was wrong and that he would have to concur with Daikin and hopefully they would tell him. He said the Company would get back to me. A week later I rang the Company and spoke to Maxine. I asked what was going on and she said well

The receptionist was lovely over the phone. The technician turned up right on time. However he took 3 hours to replace 3 plastic ceiling vent fittings and do a bit of a service clean on the inside filter and outside unit. He then charged $539.00 for this. I really did feel that this is a great deal of time and cost for very little result.

We used Air Care after an excellent recommendation from one of the other owners in our building. We needed to replace our whole system which involved 3 units in our ceiling and the main unit on the roof of the building. They were very professional and got a very difficult job completed on time and with no fuss. They also repaired and repainted all the plaster patches in the ceiling. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Professional, friendly, reliable, that is my experience dealing with Michelle, Belinda,Paul & Trevor from Air Care. I contacted them on the Thursday before the New Year break they attend that day, provided me with options and costings. I accepted their offer, which was good, on the Friday before the long weekend. A new unit was installed on the Tuesday morning the first work day after the break. Exceptional service, considering the time of the year. Everything the promised they delivered. The service we received this morning from Ross was excellent! We have had aircon companies visit before but they have never provided the level of care and quality of service that Ross did. He was able to identify the problem immediately, and also make several suggestions on how our system could work better for us with a few upgrades/changes. He was also able to work out a very complex issue with how our rooms had been configured - basically back to front!Thank you Ross for the superior service today. We will definitely be using Aircare to manage our system from now on.

They were good on the install, but once it came to the warranty claim it was over 3 months to have our aircons fixed at our business. Excuse after excuse... we will never use them again

Recently I had installed a split A/C system on 3 levels of a townhouse situated at Casuarina- i was very pleased and impressed by the professional manner and expert installation of the A/C system by Bill and all communication with Bill and Sarah was extremely courteous, pleasant and professional with all my communications from initial quote to end result and invoicing.I would not hesitate to recommend Air-Care conditioning company to anyone or any company who requires the installation of any type of Air Conditioning for their premises.Again thanks for the great job to you Bill and your office staff - Well done
