I had 4 reverse cycle systems cleaned and 5 ducts for central heating and Tom was great. He was very professional, careful and friendly. He explained what he was doing and was careful to move things and or cover things. It was amazing to see the results and concerning to see how dirty the systems were so can only imagine what we were breathing in when they were in use. Thank you so much Tom for your amazing work and being so good with my puppy who was supervising you working the whole time. Highly recommend

I’ve just had my split systems cleaned by Klean Air Aust, and would happily recommend them to anybody. Peter booked us in and explained the whole process really well. Tom came and did the work and was very friendly and professional. The water that came out of these units was vile, but he’s left them smelling and looking great, and they’ll obviously work more efficiently now too. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy work, and the smell is great. Will be booking an annual clean from now on!

Klean Air was professional, excellent value and provided fantastic Customer Service from the first phone call to the service call out located in Melton West.Peter was quick to respond to my internet enquiry and was quite knowledgeable, providing me with all the information I needed to understand the cost and time frame to clean my ducts and split system.Booking was easy, and followed up a few days before to confirm the booking.Tom was scheduled for 11am, and called before he arrived to let me know he was early!Tom was pleasant and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our heating and cooling systems. Had a split system that had a bit of a small when I turned it on, so I found Klean Air online. Booking in the clean was quick and easy (within the week) and cleaning was fast (under an hour). I couldn't believe the colour of the water that came out of my unit, and it instantly smelled better afterwards. Worth every penny to know I'm breathing clean now - will definitely be using Klean Air for routine cleaning of the unit going forward.

Shannon from Klean Air came out to my home today to clean our 2 x split systems. After not cleaning for a few years the result has been amazing and I was shocked by how much mould and dust was inside them. Shannon was very friendly and professional from the moment I received my phonecall on the day to confirm from when he drove away. I highly recommend them and will be booking again next time!
