Purchased dj gear from this store was very happy to see it at an amazing price. picked up the dj gear excited to return home - The DJ gear would not link to my laptop, tried with several different laptops and other cables. Being in the DJ game for 10 years plus and previously owning the same equipment I have a decent amount of knowledge about it. So i pop in to return the equipment and advise the owner I would like a refund or would happily would take the product if it was working at the time. The owner was very rude and abusive in front of other customers. Stating that it wasn't his problem because the gear did not work for me" when i know in fact it would not work for anyone who would be willing to purchase the faulty goods. I did receive a refund but the owner seemed very reluctant and accused me saying he did not trust me.The owner refused to take responsibility and had to get a colleague to refund my money as he was ashamed or angry. Never in my life have i had such a negative experience in a retail outlet or an owner to be so childish and irresponsible. worst customer service ever. Do not conduct any business with these neanderthals.Haha and quick to the defence may i add

Best pawn shop on the gold coast, owner is a reasonable and fair man to deal with which is rare in the pawn industry.Been going to him for years from back when he was over in Robina and never had any issues and have found the customer service to be friendly and genuinely fair when doing business considering the overheads associated with the shopfront.

I got time wasted on a high end item. All they had to do was google it. 1 minute research. I only wanted to borrow $200 for an item that would easily and quickly resell for $1200. I Had to go over to cash converters who did the deal in 5 minutes.

I went there with one simple intention to find something nice for myself without really know exactly what.The guys at the shops helped me with every question and knew the shop like the back of there hand, Ifound this beautifulring with the help of the owner and a very unique bottle opener. Just a genuine bunch of blokes ready and willing to lend a hand or a loan in some cases.Cheers gents.

The guy I spoke to was rude and didn't want to help me loan against my item.... It's a thousand dollar sound bar and he didn't want to know about it.... Didn't know how to look it up on google either..... Then said they come with a sub woofer... Which is wrong... I won't be using them again.
