I've been a loyal customer at McKenzie Ross since 2007 (maybe longer) and with the exception of the last 3-4 years, I don't think I've ever made a claim.April 2018 , I made a claim and I still have to chase and chase and chase my Account Director, its getting close to a year now .When I have been able to make contact with my account director, he has repeatedly said he will get onto it but never replies and the communication goes silent .My claim is a slightly tricky one as the underwriter was changed roughly halfway through the period when the claimed damages occurred and neither underwriter wants to shoulder the costs - I've paid my dues and I don't feel that I should cope a loss due to this situation.Poor customer service when it counts !Happy to take recommendations for another broker who does Marine Equipment insurance.
