Top Mechanics!!99 Bikes sometimes gets a bad wrap for being mainstream cheap shops and yes some of there stores the staff are not great.But the cannon hill store is my new LBS!! Firstly ha had a small issue with indexing my MTB. I took it there and the mechanic straight away checked it out tweaked for no charge. However I needed (Not pushed by him) a new chainring, and cassette. They didn't have it in stock. After fitting it myself I took it back for him to double check the H limit screw and once again straight looked at it, again super nice and no charge.Now I took my Zipp 404 there as I broke a spoke, they fixed it in the day for $50.I do most my own work but for Gear and mechanical I can't do then this is my shop! happy to support them.im stoked with these guys! thanks for being awesome team!

I purchased a second hand bike from marketplace and the guys here at 99 Bikes ensured I have everything I need to be safe on the road. The staff also did a quick safety check on the bike and found that hubs were loose. They replaced the bearings and I was on my way. I'll definitely be back for any servicing, maintenance, or parts.

I went to Dave to change a rear flat tube on an e-bike. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and performed the task expertly and expediently at a great price. I would highly recommend 99 Bikes Cannon Hill for all your servicing needs. Join the Club and save some cash and get to attend one of their regular basic bike maintenance classes for free as well.

The Workshop team at 99 Bikes Cannon Hill are honestly amazing. Dave and the team are always really polite, greet you with a smile and their servicing on the bikes is always impeccable. Would not go anywhere else for my servicing needs.

Walked our bikes in this afternoon with no idea about anything. To our relief, we weren’t made to feel like dummies.We received such amazing service this afternoon at Cannon Hill. Gentleman who helped us was really polite, helpful and kind.We were also not expecting to walk into such a pristine, well organised bike work shop. Would recommend these guys 100 times over!!

Fantastic specials if you join the 99 Club. Well worth having a look. Parking could be an issue of busy days, but once inside the store, the service was friendly and very helpful.
