The Indigo Project
Attended 4 sessions which always had technical issues with video chat, large portion of sessions were spent trying to connect to the service or being asked to book more appointments. Was told after 4 sessions that the psychologist was “not equipped” to help me and abandoned me in the middle of a crisis. I am autistic with dying family members and was talked down to like I was a child. I was very surprised given the company masquerades as progressive yet acts ableist. 0 stars if I could, literally made my mental health worse and I paid money for that, what a joke.

I'm not one to write reviews but myself and my partner have been seeing separate therapists at Indigo for the past year and it has honestly changed our lives. From the care and attention of the admin team, to the quality of the therapy itself and the impact it has had. I've tried online therapy before and had average results but the fact that we've both had such positive experiences at Indigo speaks volumes about the attention to care in this place. So thank you to all of the Indigo team. I will always recommend you to my friends.

I have experienced loads of wonderful, heart-warming and personal development focused times at Indigo Project ... from meditation workshops and music focused weekends away to amazing experiences like Listen Up, which everyone has to try at least once in their life! Mary and Rich and the team really care about their clients and have put a lot of time into building up a friendly and curious community of like-minded souls, built around kindness. I love it and if I don't do something Indigo related at least once a month I miss it badly! Check it out - you won't regret it.

If you're looking for a psychology practice but with the convenience of seeing a therapist online, this is the place for you. The ethos and values of the practice align with my own and I definitely felt cared for during my period of healing.Despite the few disgruntled reviews... take a chance with Indigo, it could very well be what you need right now!

I've been visiting The Indigo Project for the better part of 4 years for both person psychology sessions and group courses/workshops. The community they've created is so welcoming and supportive, and the psychologists I've interacted with are friendly and warm despite your reasons for going. As a small business they are doing a great job at supporting the current situation, even if it's not as quick as it has been previously, they are still kind and understanding to circumstances and work with you to get you the help/support you need.

I feel so lucky to have found this place. During a really tough time they came through again and again and have got me back on my feet. Anyone looking for therapy should go here! The best therapists in the business.

I ended up going with Indigo as i was looking for someone who i felt could connect with my cultural background, when looking i found they had a diverse group of professionals to book with. Was attending sessions for little over a year and had a great experience through out, very thankful for Indigo project's services. Highly recommend!

The therapists here are great, but the front desk team really let the business down. Ive been coming here for 5 years with progressively disorganised and apathetic service.Almost every time I have a session with my therapist, its immediately followed up by an awkward and unnecessary conversation about payment. Whatever bookings/payment system they have set up DOES NOT work. I still have to wait weeks for the correct paperwork to be sent to me so I can make my claim on medicare, even though they have my card and all my details on file.Every email is replied to by a different receptionist with no idea about what you've spoken about with the previous one. Nobody seems to be keeping track of anything so the outcome is usually having to explain yourself several times to whoever is looking after you that time. They also don't keep track of how many sessions you're claiming on medicare so you also have to do that yourself too.The added anxiety of having to deal with the front desk every time I come in to see my therapist really changed the way I feel about Indigo. They used to be a great holistic practice that I would recommend to anybody. Now I would cation anybody who is feeling fragile or are reaching out for the first time to get support for their mental health - try somewhere else for your own sake. The front desk team are perpetually overwhelmed and dealing with them usually outweighs the benefits of the 3-6 months wait they have now to see any therapists.

If you are wanting to take the leap into the world of therapy but aren't sure where to start, the team and the wonderful Indigo Project are the very best people to have on your side. The therapists are deeply caring and they've offered me practical tools to help work through tough things with a little more ease.

My experience at Indigo was super easy and non stressful. All the practical things were problem free - booking, paying, changing appointments when I had to - and speaking to my therapist was like speaking to a friend, only with better guidance.
