The food is here is always just exceptional. I've been getting food here for more than 30 years and in all that time I have never been disappointed. The service has always been excellent and so has the food .you guys are actually my favourite Chinese restaurant in Australia I been all over this beautiful country and never found better .cheers to the chefs you are amazing!!

Even a 1 star is too much. We have loved the Silver Phoenix food for many many years, and tonight we had a terrible experience. We ordered at 5.30pmand only at just after 7 was able to get out actual order. The young staff member gave our order to another person, and the resolution for us was to take their order! We asked for our order to be cooked for us, and then told by the female owner it was our fault! She was rude and completely threw her young staff member under the bus! What a disgrace! Very very disappointed. And a customer lost due to POOR customer service!

My first time here dining out as a guest to regular patrons who love dining in at Silver Phoenix Nambour. Absolutely the best meals ever and served promptly. Lovely, attentive staff and to celebrate my sister's special birthday here was even made more special with a magnificent menu and delightfully tasty dishes..

Disappointed. Had high hopes after seeing the reviews but all meals were tasteless. Mongolian Lamb, Ginger & Shallot Chicken, Vegetables in Black Bean - all tasted watered down and overcooked. Also ordered Nasi Goreng but definitely just got fried rice, again bland. Only good dish was the dim sum but not enough to redeem the whole experience. Overpriced given the quality and wait time for take away.

My partner and I ordered Shanghai beef and fried rice from this restaurant last night for dinner.My partner who had the shanghai beef was up all night vomiting and spent all day sleeping as he felt so sick.When I called up to let staff know about the situation, the staff told me they don’t offer refunds and really sounded like they couldn’t care less that their food had made my partner violently ill.. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice food but be prepared to be overcharged,They have not updated the prices and have a small sign at the front, I assumed price increase would be $3-5 per meal? Yet somehow was charged $70 for our normal meal which never cost more than $50.. quality has gone down as well :/

Love this place. The food is always beautifully cooked and they don't skimp on your food, you get your moneys worth. I don't mind paying the extra as goods costs have gone up. You still get your moneys worth. Have been going here for a very very long time, many many many years. Well done guys.

We have been going to silver Phoenix for years and have loved the fresh tasty meals. Unfortunately the last 3 times we have been they have been tasteless and my chicken and cashew had frozen veg and no fresh veg at all. Both that and the sweet and sour pork were well below average. Not sure if they have changed chefs but we won’t be back

You know when you go to a place a place where the food is great so great the look of the place means nothing. This is it, staff doing there best lovely and more than helpful. Food EXCEPTIONAL. Be Kind when you go you are not in a city and then appreciate it for what it is Great Food, period, by good honest people! Remember to BYO if dining in.

Silver Phoenix Chinese Restaurant
We are celebrating our 4th anniversary and had our dinner in this restaurant. The food was awesome. We had nasi goreng, garlic king prawns, zsechun king prawns and chicken with cashew. Just lovelh. Cheers to more visit to this restaurant.
