Quest Wangaratta

The quest was super modern and clean. But the only fault was when we arrived you had the receptionist in her uniform who was brilliant and professional. And then you had a few staff behind and in front of the counter who were or had been drinking and quite boisterous. Also when we went out to our vehicle out the front to get our bags there were a couple of staff out there drinking and smoking and using some foul language.

Good Room and very clean. BEWARE there is a $300 deposit fee, which isn't disclosed until you check in. It was returned in a timely manner but if you're travelling on a budget and need that extra $300 to get by, book elsewhere!

I stayed here 4 times for work. Unfortunately I don't need to travel out that way anymore otherwise this would always be my go to accomodation.Great value for money 1br apartment.On site parking costs more but there is plenty of street parking right out the front.

The rooms are lovely and clean but I didn’t appreciate the service from front desk. Also having to pay a $250 bond prior even getting keys is very steep for Wangaratta you don’t even have to pay for that in Melbourne. Also I got quoted $35 to have a car park and I got told there was none available and then when she had a look she mentioned there was so I’m really disappointed in the service I did receive on the walk in but the lady when we left was really lovely.

Stayed one night. Room was comfortable. Was quiet didn't hear anyone else.

Totally recommend!The most cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I was with my family 17 of us and we stayed in a few of the two and three bedroom apartments. Beds were amazing and so comfortable, bathrooms and kitchens so clean, new and spacious.Great location, close to Big W and Coles with beautiful views of the cathedral from our balconies. Everyone loved it and they’re fussy!The staff were amazing! They looked after my birthday cake and flowers whilst we visited the region wine tasting and even called me as we were about to depart that we had left our coat behind.Thankyou so much Quest Wangaratta for a memorable stay!

I love staying with quest apartments whenever I can on holidays, and I have to say this is one of the nicest and most modern looking ones I've been too! The room was really nice quality and well decorated along with a great location, right next to the heart of Wangaratta.Definitely recommend this spot!

Superb place. Spectacularly clean, plenty of facilities in the room (washer, dryer, full kitchen, supplied with dishwashing liquid/powder, laundry powder etc.) has everything you could possibly need. Housekeeping staff were impeccable and so generous with ensuring that we had everything we needed, e.g. if we ran out of washing liquid! Apartments were serviced once a week and always to a high standard - they had 4 people cleaning our room at once and so fast!The gym is one of the best I’ve been to within a hotel/apartment. Fully equipped with cardio equipment and free weights. Always tidy and clean. Has plenty of sweat towels available.Location is ideal and very close to a supermarket (5 mins walking distance) and plenty of shops and cafes nearby.We would happily return anytime.

Fabulous!Our room was nice, clean, located minutes walk from Coles, food, centre of town.Staff was amazing because even we arrived early and our room wasn't ready they changed us around to a room with a beautiful view and they were very pleasant. This is definitely the best place to stay. Bed was very comfy and the shower had a rain shower.Literally went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Every staff was amazing.Look at the view from the bedroom. The cathedral.

Room was clean and well presented.However - We stay in lots of Quest apartments and this was the first time we’ve ever been charged ($15) to set a room up as twin share (Despite the website showing photos of twin share rooms). Then despite the room clearly being twin share we had to ask each day for two facewashers instead on the single one provided. We were also charged a bond to have a racing bicycle in the room (never had that experience at a Quest before) while we spoke to many other bike owners who had bikes in the hotel with no bond being applied - which showed great inconsistency in the treatment of guests.
