They never have anything available. Always wait for 3-4 days to get any parts, even light bulbs such a small part.totally disappointed.

Good service. Safety is a bit of a joke. Overkill was almost not let in because i didnt have boots and hi vis.

Excellent service. Great parts availability, only downfall is that they don't give any sort of trade or reseller pricing so you can make a quid if you need to on sell!!! Guys on the phone Ray especially are so knowledgeable helpful and if the thing is not in stock they can get it in via air freight in a week or so at a specific price known at the time of quoting! There isn't a parts system elsewhere as good as Cat!! Why by another brand of earthmoving machine?
