My Cat was attacked by a Staffy owned by an incompetent friend. I called and upon hearing my story the administrators went up and above expectation to ensure my beloved fur friend was prioritised for immediate consultation that same day. Much to my relief. They treated my cat with utmost professionalism and I had no anxiety in leaving my bestie in their care.My Cat was able to return home the same day with his wounds professionally tended to and sewn shut and provided with cheap but effective antibiotics.Automatically winning my choice of emergency Veternarian Services for Any future incidents.

Friendly and professional. Assessed my cats needs over the phone then got me in straight away. Very thorough examination and great care. Was given time to pay the balance of costs also. They truelly care for our pets.

I have just brought our Lorikeet home after a procedure, a much needed beak and nail trim, for which a wee sniff of anaesthetic was needed, in the best interests of the bird and the doctors tasked with the job.Bird recovering well and eating like a horse.I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Have been a happy customer there for several years now. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

I've been very happy with the genuine care and professionalism of the vet nurses and all of the staff that I've dealt with at this clinic. I'd been a few times last year to see Dr. Cass who was wonderful, but she's no longer with the clinic.Unfortunately my recent visit with Dr. Yun wasn't pleasant. While he was clearly knowledgeable, he had a terrible bedside manner & I found him to be a very abrupt communicator. I asked some questions about my cats treatment options & was rudely told that our appointment was running over time and I should make another appointment to discuss it. Ideally not something one should say to a client who arrived on time to the clinic but waited 10 minutes for the appointment. I'll definitely be going back to BWVC, but I'll be asking to see one of the other vets who I've read some great reviews about.

They are amazing here and are really supportive.
